Odo is a logbook for your car that runs entirely on your phone. It has no account, no server and no analytics. Your mileage, your fuel fill-ups, your service history and your reminders are stored on the device and are never uploaded, because there is nowhere for them to be uploaded to.

Everything you type into Odo is written to a private database inside the app's own storage area on your iPhone:
iOS protects that storage area so other apps cannot read it. If you delete Odo, iOS deletes the database with it. There is no copy anywhere else, so deleting the app really does delete the data — please export anything you want to keep first.
Odo does not use iCloud sync. If you have iPhone backups switched on in iOS Settings, your Odo data is included in that backup in the same way as every other app's — that backup is between you and Apple, and is covered by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.
Odo can produce a copy of a vehicle's logbook for you to hand to a buyer or a mechanic. That happens only when you tap the share button, and iOS then asks you where it should go — Messages, Mail, Files, wherever you choose.
The export is created on your phone and handed straight to iOS. It is not sent to us and does not pass through any server of ours at any point. Once you have shared it, where it ends up is up to you and whoever you sent it to.
Odo Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see your payment details. Apple takes the payment and simply tells the app whether an entitlement is currently active.
Apple's App Store handles the billing relationship, including receipts, refunds and cancellations. You can view or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. What Apple collects in the course of that is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Restoring purchases asks Apple whether this Apple Account already owns the subscription. No new information about you is created or stored by us.
Odo is a tool for car owners and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Data protection law — including the GDPR, which applies here in Ireland — gives you the right to see a copy of your personal data, to correct it, and to have it erased.
Those rights are satisfied by the app itself. We hold no personal data about you, so there is no file to request and nothing for us to delete. Your data is on your phone: you can read it in the app, edit any record, delete individual records, or delete the app to remove all of it at once.

If a future version of Odo ever does something this page does not describe — syncing across devices, say, or adding an account — this policy will be updated in the same release, not afterwards. The date at the top is the date it last changed.
